Pi is founded by a former Investment Banker with a decade of experience with top financial services companies in India. He is anIIT/IIM alumnus with a CFA® charter and has an extensive experience in equity fund raising through capital markets, private equity and M&A.
We are seeking a talented Laravel developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving our mobile-backend and web applications built on the Laravel framework. You will work closely with our project managers and other developers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain mobile backend of our mobile app backend and web-based admin portal application using Laravel framework
Collaborate with project managers and other developers to ensure project requirements are met
Write clean, well-documented code and ensure code is well-tested and scalable
Troubleshoot and debug code to resolve issues
Participate in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development
Contribute to the development of new features and functionality
Requirements:
Strong experience in PHP and Laravel framework
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC design pattern
Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Familiarity with Git version control
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
Range of positions based on experience. (2 to 6 years of in Laravel development/PHP)
