· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into efficient and effective technical solutions.
· Lead the development of robust and scalable Laravel-based applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
· Design and implement database structures, API integrations, and data manipulation tasks.
· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
· Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.
· Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Laravel development and apply them to the projects.
· Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
· Continuously identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Laravel development.
· Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and related web technologies.
· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
· Experience with RESTful API development and third-party API integrations.
· Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
· Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
· Knowledge of server management and deployment strategies.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
· Prior experience in leading development projects and mentoring junior developers is a plus.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
