1) Strong knowledge of OOP concepts
2) Excellent knowledge of Laravel framework. Should know how to write reusable code and components
3) Ability to write APIs
4) Strong logical and analytical skills
5) Should have decent knowledge of handling and maintaining MySQL Databases, Profiling and Query optimization
6) Good troubleshooting and debugging skills
7) Knowledge of JavaScript libraries like Vue or React will be a plus
8) Strong documentation, communication and team collaboration skills

Laravel (8.0 or above), PHP (7.0 or above), JavaScript, AJAX, MySQL
