Duration: Full time opportunity / 10:30 AM – 7 PM Mon-Fri / Flexible
Requirement: As a backend developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our feature pipeline, maintaining our API product integrations and championing our tech platform. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, problem solver and comfortable with learning new skills on-the-go.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain and fine-tune live SaaS product.
• Make upgrades to keep compliant with API changes in integrated products.
• Develop features in a timely and efficient manner following ideal scrum practices.
• Able to thoroughly test and implement changes.
• Self-driven and motivated to continue exploring new skills and take ownership of the codebase.
Prerequisites:
• 2+ years experience in coding in Laravel/PHP with MySQL.
• Experience working on live web products.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Jquery, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of React, AWS, Github, Wordpress would be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Creative mindset and ability to propose innovative ideas.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering and/or related field.
