We are seeking a Junior Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at Mahabell Industries in Tumakuru. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in operating laser cutting machines. Qualifications And Skills
• ITI / Diploma ( Mechanical)
• Reading technical drawings (Mandatory skill)
• Maintenance of machines (Mandatory skill)
• Machine programming / Operating (Mandatory skill)
• Operating laser cutting machines effectively and efficiently
• Material handling including loading and unloading of materials
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise with the machines
• Following safety procedures rigorously to ensure a safe work environment
• Basic computer skills to operate machine software and input data
Roles And Responsibilities
• Operate and manage laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components
• Interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications for accurate production
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Program and set up machines according to required specifications
• Handle materials correctly to prevent damage and ensure quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine-related issues that occur during the production process
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Coordinate with other team members to optimize production efficiency
