The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality laser treatments while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to effectively communicate with clients about their treatment options.
Duties
Minimum 1 year of experience with laser technologies (e.g., Alma, Sciton, Cynosure)
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
Support and collaborate with other team members
Accurately document charts and update client forms after each treatment(s)
Participate in continuing education, including knowledge of other services and products
Follow up with clients post treatment, and provide support as needed
Maintain confidentiality
Demonstrate strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Participate in social media and marketing efforts
