Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in esthetic laser treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves performing various laser treatments while ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation. The Laser Technician will also assist in retail sales and maintain a welcoming environment for clients.
Responsibilities
Perform esthetic laser treatments, including hair removal and skin rejuvenation.
Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in accordance with industry standards.
Educate clients on treatment options, aftercare, and products to enhance their experience.
Assist with retail sales of skincare products and services to clients.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, including botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, makeup application, barbering, and nail care.
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
Valid laser technician license/certification is required.
Experience in retail sales within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices related to esthetic treatments.
Previous experience in performing laser treatments is highly desirable.
Additional skills in body waxing, hair threading, makeup application, or other beauty services are advantageous.
