ERT Cosmetic Clinic is a luxury medical aesthetic clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional results through advanced technology, premium skincare, and personalized patient care. We are seeking an experienced Senior Laser Technician to join our growing medical aesthetics team.
This is a permanent, full-time position for a motivated professional who values exceptional results, patient experience, and teamwork.
About the Role
As a Senior Laser Technician, you will perform advanced laser and aesthetic treatments while building long-term relationships with clients through professional consultations and personalized treatment plans.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about medical-grade skincare, energy-based treatments, and delivering visible results in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced laser and skin rejuvenation treatments
Conduct professional consultations and skin assessments
Create personalized treatment plans based on client goals and skin conditions
Educate clients on skincare and pre- and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
Work collaboratively with injectors and the aesthetic team to deliver combination treatments
Maintain the highest standard of patient care and luxury clinic experience
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of laser treatment experience
Official Laser Certification is an asset
Nurse Aesthetician background is an asset
Experience with advanced laser devices is an asset, including:
PicoWay
Fotona SP Dynamis
Harmony XL Pro
Sciton Joule – BBL HEROic & MOXI
Strong knowledge of skin conditions, skincare products, and combination therapies
Excellent consultation and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong clinical judgment
Proficient with computers and clinical documentation
Fluent in English (Mandarin is an asset)
