Duties
Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
Consult with clients to determine desired lash look and recommend suitable styles
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and work area according to health standards
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns
Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and payments
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client experience and satisfaction
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized care
Keep up-to-date with the latest eyelash extension techniques and industry trends
Qualifications
Experience in applying eyelash extensions is required. certification is mandatory.
Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services effectively
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor
Effective communication skills to clearly explain procedures and address client needs
Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is a plus
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for beauty, fashion, and helping clients feel confident in their appearance
