Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in eyelash applications, along with your strong customer service skills, will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall client experience.
Duties
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
Provide personalized consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and recommending appropriate styles.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the front desk area.
Engage with clients to promote additional services and products through effective upselling techniques.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
Handle scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments at the front desk.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience in eyelash extensions is highly desirable.
Strong background in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive client experience.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality work.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Certification or training in eyelash extension application is a plus but not mandatory.
