Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eyelash extensions and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty of our clients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience. Your expertise in eyelash application and retail sales will contribute to the overall success of our salon.

Duties

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring client satisfaction with every service.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service offerings.
Experience

Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of eyelash extension techniques, products, and aftercare.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
Experience in upselling services or products in a retail environment is a plus.
A background in customer service is essential for creating a positive salon atmosphere.
Previous front desk experience is beneficial but not required.
