Job Summary
The Laundry Associate is responsible for cleaning, drying, pressing, folding, and organizing hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry. The role ensures all laundry items meet the hotel’s cleanliness, quality, and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press hotel linens and guest laundry.
Operate laundry equipment such as washing machines, dryers, and steam presses safely and efficiently.
Inspect linens and garments for stains, damage, or wear and report issues to the supervisor.
Apply appropriate stain-removal techniques.
Maintain proper labeling and tracking of guest laundry to avoid mix-ups.
Ensure timely delivery of clean laundry to housekeeping and guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and chemical handling procedures.
Monitor laundry supplies and inform supervisor when stock is low.
Assist with uniform distribution and inventory control.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous hotel or commercial laundry experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of laundry chemicals and fabric care.
Ability to operate laundry equipment safely.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20–25 kg.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,026.23 per month
