Our rooftop bar and restaurant is a go-to destination in Toronto for stunning skyline views, elevated dining, and a lively atmosphere. With high foot traffic and a fast-paced vibe, we're seeking professionals who thrive in a high-volume environment and love making every guest experience unforgettable.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver in a timely manner
Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and host staff to ensure smooth service flow
Manage multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
Uphold all Smart Serve and safety regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
Smart Serve certification (required)
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with POS systems and modern hospitality standards
