· Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue target.
· Understanding the customer's requirements and assist them
· Managing the call through, creating empathy with the customer and building the customer's confidence
· Process emails/chats/cases & work on ad-hoc projects as instructed by Team Leaders
Competency Requirements:
· Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
· Basic knowledge of computers, internet & online shopping
· Willingness to work in 24 x 7 work environment
· Working days: 5 days a week
