Role Overview:
The Legal Consultant is responsible for managing various legal affairs, including consumer court representation, contract management, and employee legal support. This critical position ensures Thrillophilia's legal compliance and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Thrillophilia in consumer court cases across Rajasthan and other jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide legal counsel to the Human Resources department on employment law and compliance matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in law, preferably with additional qualifications in corporate or consumer law. A minimum of 4 years of substantial legal experience, preferably in a corporate environment, is required. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated expertise in consumer court laws, contract law, and employment law.
