Position Overview: The Law Faculty Teacher is responsible for teaching law-related subjects at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. This role involves preparing and delivering lectures, conducting discussions, grading assignments and exams, and guiding students in their academic and professional development. The teacher should stay updated with the latest legal developments and trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and comprehensive.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures on various law subjects such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Contract Law, etc.
Design course material, assignments, and exams to assess students' understanding of the subject.
Mentor and guide students on academic and career-related matters.
Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications in the field of law.
Stay updated on recent legal developments and case law.
Participate in department meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Organize workshops, seminars, and guest lectures for students.
Provide academic counseling and support to students as needed.
Qualifications:
A Law degree (LLB) is required; higher qualifications (LLM, PhD) are preferred.
Prior teaching experience in a law school or related field is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
A passion for teaching and helping students develop their legal expertise.
Salary Slab:
₹30,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
