Job description
About the company: A top player in legal automation.
Responsibilities:
• Experience with Relativity/iConect/any other industry standard platform
• Involved in 2 simultaneous projects across 1 to 2 clients depending on the client and project size
• Client-facing role
• Provides daily status reports and metrics to PM
• Create review, breach review and QC workflows in conjunction with PM; responsible for implementation of these workflows
• Performs QA on the batches being released by their team members (post QC); identify error trends and create remedial actions
• Works with Team Leaders on queries (if TL is unable to resolve)
• Hands on experience for technical and project guidelines; is a technical coach for the MDR and CIR TLs
• Create STRs, targeted searches, layouts, choices, fields, batching, run analytics for projects
• Monitors hourly productivity metrics and performs QA on reviewed data
• Responsible for quality and productivity of projects
Requirements:
• Must be attorney
• Worked as APM for at least 1+ years; total eDiscovery experience of at least 4+ years
• Legal support/technical background required
• Technical experience including SharePoint, Advanced Excel
• Excellent English verbal and written skills
• Flexible to work in shifts as per project requirements

The role of the Legal Compliance Specialist is to provide legal and taxation support to the organization. This includes reviewing and analyzing legal documents, maintaining logs of all legal documents, and periodically reviewing legal documents before expiry.

Responsibilities:

1. Check and analyze legal documents such as NDA, Supplier agreements, customer agreements.

2. Maintain a log of all legal documents.

3. Periodically review all legal documents before they expire.

4. Support in Secretarial Compliances like Directors registrations, MOM related to BOD/AGM, MCA Annual Return, XBRL filing etc.

5. Liaison with HQ regarding documentations/legal requirements & approvals.

6. Support in reviewing the agreements with Vendors.

7. Reviewing of SOPs/Authorization table from finance point of view.

8. Supporting in ICFR & Dematerialization of Shares.

9. Preparing compliance calendar for all legal and tax compliance due dates.

10. Updating regarding the updates in Taxation/legal changes law on weekly basis.

11. Support in Taxation/Finance matters as assigned by Finance Head.

Qualifications:
">
Commerce/Legal Graduate with CA Inter/LLB/CS Inter.
