As a Law Officer (Legal Team Manager), you will be responsible for supervising Legal Executives, Advocates, and Field Collection Executives to ensure operational goals are met. Your expertise in monitoring and maximizing daily collections will be crucial to our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Legal Executives, Advocates, and Field Collection Executives
- Ensure team members meet operational goals and maximize daily collections
- Provide guidance and support to team members to resolve complex legal issues
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- Monitor and report on team performance and progress
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a litigation lawyer working with NBFCs
- Proven experience managing teams and achieving operational goals
- Strong knowledge of legal regulations and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
