About the internship:
As a legal intern at Law Samadhan, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the legal field. Your role will involve assisting our team of experienced attorneys with a variety of tasks, from research and drafting legal documents to attending client meetings and court proceedings.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and prepare memos on relevant case law and statutes.
2. Draft legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs, under the guidance of senior attorneys.
3. Assist with case preparation, including organizing evidence and preparing exhibits.
4. Attend client meetings, court hearings, and depositions to observe and learn from experienced attorneys.
5. Maintain organized case files and document management systems.
6. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
7. Utilize MS Office and MS Word to create and edit documents efficiently.
