I am a lawyer by profession (and a qualified company secretary) having wide experience in commercial drafting and corporate litigation, which includes dealing in a variety of matters about corporate insolvencies, personal insolvencies, debt restructuring, corporate restructuring, oppression & mismanagement, arbitration & mediation, commercial suits, etc. Also, I do have good working exposure in filing constitutional writs & defending the same in the capacity of being additional standing counsel for MCD and panel lawyer for Delhi Development Authority in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
