Aspire Infinity is seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of legal and commercial principles and an interest in using AI technologies in the legal field.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Research legal issues domestically and internationally, providing well-informed advice.

• Use AI technologies to enhance legal processes, automate tasks, and improve efficiency.

• Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

• Conduct due diligence and compliance checking for statutory requirements.

• Stay updated with international laws and industry best practices.

• Assist in developing and implementing policies to ensure legal compliance.

• Collaborate with teams to provide guidance on applicable laws.

Requirements

• Final year law student from a recognized university.

• Strong knowledge of legal principles, including international laws and AML regulations.

• Interest and understanding of AI technologies in the legal field.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.

• Proficient with legal research tools and software.
