Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Researching applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to educational institutions, including online and offline compliance requirements
• Identifying and addressing legal obligations under education, IT, labor, consumer protection, and other relevant laws
• Assisting in aligning institutional policies with legal and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, accreditation, and certification norms for schools and online education platforms
• Monitoring adherence to data privacy laws such as GDPR and IT Act for online education platforms
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, MOUs, and agreements with vendors, educators, and stakeholders
• Assisting in preparing policies such as child safety, anti-bullying, equal opportunity, and grievance correction
• Liaising with legal advisors, consultants, and government authorities for timely submissions and approvals
• Collaborating with administrative teams to ensure smooth implementation of compliance measures
• Identifying potential legal risks and recommending solutions to mitigate them
• Providing support during internal and external audits or inspections
