About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technician who wants to move on to the next level. Look after the training of less experienced technicians and pass on your experience and guidance to help develop their skills.
We'd like you to take on more responsibility with customers. Dealing with new customer lawn surveys and recommending the right services to ensure we can develop our relationship with them and with their lawns.
You will have full back-office and administrative support, but we'd also like you to gain an understanding of our targets and budgets with a view to potentially moving up to the role of Region Manager if this is your kind of thing.
You will still be responsible for delivering lawn services to your customer base through seasonal treatments and lawn renovation work.
About You
You will be ambitious, keen to develop skills beyond your expertise in lawncare and driven to better yourself and be rewarded for helping to deliver exceptional service and business growth
You must have multiple years experience delivering lawncare services to domestic customers
You must hold your relevant spray qualification and will ideally have further education in turf management - perhaps holding a groundskeeper related qualification
You must be very presentable and articulate, comfortable delivering exceptional levels of customers service
You will be comfortable with technology and ideally hold additional IT skills or qualifications
You don't shy away from dealing with customer service issues and see yourself as a problem solver and customer focussed
You may have experience with Real Green Service Assistant or Mobile Live

We currently have two bases, one near Winchester and the other near Reading. However, the role is 'on the road' so you will be visiting multiple properties to deliver our lawncare services.
We provide 28 days paid holiday per year. After the first year you will also get your birthday off as paid leave if it falls on a workday.
Typically we shut down services for around 2 weeks over the Christmas period, allowing you time to unwind with your nearest and dearest.
