Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Lawyer at Health Law Partners Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal support, drafting and reviewing contracts or research agreements, providing strategic legal advice, advising clients on the healthcare regulatory environment, and medico-legal and/or commercial matters broadly. This role may involve a combination of on-site and remote work. Excellent renumeration and working conditions.
Qualifications
Legal research, contract drafting, and contract review skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and legal compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Admission to practice law in Victoria, Australia
Experience in an in-house Victorian healthcare Public Service team a plus!
LL.B or JD
10+ years PQE experience
