Many of our specialists work in various areas, including legal work. Right now we're looking for a Lawyer, who will be responsible for: - Corporate procedures (registration liquidation of a legal entity, change of director / secretary / treasurer / company address); - Government relations (composing letters, appeals, complaints, drawing up responses to appeals, conducting licensing activities for the company, participating in meetings, etc.); - Analysis of contracts for compliance with current legislation, for compliance with the organization requirements, drafting various types of contracts; - Consultation on different issues, including Advertising, Labor Law, Intellectual Property Law, etc. Our requirements: - Fluent English; - Min. 3 years of working experience as a Lawyer; - Qualifications: Graduate in Law / LLB. Required experience:Corporate Law & Contract Law, Advertising Law, Competition Law; knowledge of Passenger Transportation & Foreign Investment legislation, Electronic System Providers (PSE) will be a huge advantage. Working conditions & benefits: - 5 day working week: Mon-Fri, 0+.00 am to 18.00 pm; - Probation period: 3 months; - Constant support and mentoring from curators and senior team members; - On-site work, comfortable and equipped workplace.
