Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on public relations matters. The role involves advising clients on legal issues related to public relations strategies, crisis management, and reputation management
1) Draft and review contracts, agreements, and documents related to public relations activities
2) Provide legal counsel to company on matters pertaining to public relations, including reputation protection, problem solving, attending all the matters of company and crisis communications.
3) Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting public relations strategies.
4) Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies to mitigate reputational risks and manage crises effectively.
