RealX is a Digital Assets platform based in Pune that allows individuals to invest in high-quality properties through Property Tokens. These tokens provide Secure Direct Rights (SDR) over the property with an Option To Convert (OTC) into a Registered Co-Ownership.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a FRESHER Company Secretary and Lawyer at RealX. The role involves operational legal responsibilities as mentioned below
• Property Legal Due Diligence
• Drafting of Sale Execution Documents
• KYC Approvals for Customers based on KYC rules
• Handling complicated customer investment cases
• Handle empaneled law firms
From time to time, the position will also involve some strategic functions as mentioned below
• Overseeing and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
• Providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and managing company secretarial duties
• Design and implementation of Company ESOP policy
• New Product development - researching on laws applicable on handling various other assets
• Representing RealX in Webinars and events
This role is guaranteed to enhance your knowledge and challenge you at a different level.
We are open to people upto 2 years of work experience.
We are looking for academically sound people with good communication and interpersonal skills, who can work in dynamic growth environments and own up their work without the need of managers.
Freshers or final year students can also apply - if you are bright you may just have a chance. But, ensure you must be a qualified Lawyer AND Company Secretary both.
Qualifications
• Ability to draft legal documents
• Company secretarial skills
• Knowledge of property laws and real estate transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
• Must be a technology enthusiast or atleast have positive affiliation to technology and innovation
• Good to have good Social Media handling exposure - please do mention this when you apply.
It will be an added advantage if the candidate has some exposure to Finance - through work or education.
