Role Summary

The BCG Attorney Search team is seeking an experienced Lawyer - Asset Management and Investment Funds to join its growing practice group in Seattle. As a key member of our team, you will assist with mutual fund filings, new fund launches, and ensure compliance with regulations under the 1+40 Act.

About the Position

This permanent position offers an opportunity to work closely with partners and associates on significant client relationships in a specialized and dynamic area of law. You will support registered fund attorneys with mutual fund and ETF filings, review and prepare mutual fund shareholder reports, and conduct legal research on matters related to the 1+40 Act.

Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to mutual funds and ETFs.

Expertise in mutual fund regulations, the 1+40 Act, and related compliance requirements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

5-10 years of direct experience in asset management or investment funds law, with specific experience in mutual fund compliance and the 1+40 Act.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
