Job Description
Due to growth this successful Australian law firm is recruiting for a talented lawyer for their professional indemnity practice.
Working closely and collaboratively with an award winning national team led by two wonderful (ex-top tier) partners, the successful candidate will:
Act for large national insurers
Advise on professional indemnity claims across a diverse range of industries including construction, property, technology and professional
Manage dispute and litigation insurance matters from end to end
Assist with policy interpretation, non-disclosure and misinterpretation
You will be a lawyer with 2-4 years’ experience in defendant litigation acquired from a highly regarded law firm. Perhaps you are working in a niche area of insurance law or commercial litigation but keen to broaden your defence skillset or simply seeking a firm with a great culture, an award winning legal team, strong mentorship and excellent growth/ promotion potential.
