Job Description

About the role:
Represent clients in a variety of commercial disputes, including contract disputes, insolvency matters, and regulatory investigations.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, prepare court documents, and manage case strategy.
Engage in negotiation, mediation, and litigation proceedings in superior courts.
Collaborate closely with senior lawyers and partners on high-profile cases.
Work with a team that values strategic thinking, problem-solving, and practical commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate:
Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Australia with at least 5+ years of post-admission experience (PQE) in insolvency & commercial litigation.
Strong litigation experience, including case management, drafting legal documents, and court advocacy.
Exposure to insolvency matters and regulatory disputes is highly regarded.
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
