The Role
Drafting tender and procurement documents.
Providing guidance on claims against various entities in the construction process.
Assisting in efficient dispute resolution through negotiation and alternative methods.
Drafting and negotiating construction contracts.
Requirements
2-5 years of post-admission experience in construction matters, particularly in construction disputes.
Experience with defects disputes.
Familiarity with working with building experts.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills and the capacity to meet deadlines under pressure.
