We are partnered with a globally regarded US law firm looking to expand their Corporate group in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience undertaking private equity transactions and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to be an advisor to pan-European and international corporations, institutional investors and, alternative asset managers across a wide range of sectors. You will receive top market training from your peers, efficient administrative support and guidance from leading partners in this space.
To be considered for this role you must:
• Have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience in M&A and/or private equity from a comparable law firm
• Stellar academics
• A desire to work in a team and independently
• Strong skills in drafting, communication and analysis
