Lawyer for Education Sector Growth
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading the legal workstream for the international campus initiative in India, working closely with the Global General Counsel and the Head of Legal, India.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including University Grants Commission guidelines.
• Negotiate and draft contracts with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, partners, and vendors.
• Provide guidance on privacy laws and their impact on the international campus initiative in India.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate laws and regulations for non-legal stakeholders and university partners.
• A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
