Key Accountabilities
Provide high-quality advice and representation to clients at the Magistrates Court and Supreme Court.
Work collaboratively with experienced legal practitioners to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management and file review processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Admission or eligibility for admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status - Employment).
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
Experience in the practice of criminal law.
Current Motor Vehicle Driver's Licence.
