Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to manage our internal legal affairs. The candidate will be responsible for handling all legal correspondence, responding to notices, attending hearings on behalf of the company, and ensuring legal compliance in our day-to-day operations.
________________________________________Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Responding to legal notices and representing the company in legal proceedings
• Liaising with external legal counsel when necessary
• Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining and organizing legal files and records
• Advising management on legal rights and responsibilities
• Attending court dates and legal meetings as required
• Providing legal input in business decisions and strategy discussions

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• 1 to 6 years of experience in corporate legal matters
• Strong understanding of contract law, labor law, and company law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to handle legal issues independently
• Experience working with or for an advertising/media/creative agency is a plus
