Position: Legal Intern / Lawyer Intern
Preferred Location: Mulund, Bhandup, Thane
Type: Internship (Full-time / Part-time)
Stipend: As per performance / interview
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and smart Female Legal Intern to assist our legal team with drafting, research, documentation, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for female candidates looking to gain practical exposure in legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on acts, regulations, and case laws.
Draft and vet legal documents such as agreements, notices, affidavits, petitions, etc.
Prepare case summaries and briefs.
Support in court matters, NCLT, RERA, Arbitration documentation and filing.
Assist senior lawyers in client meetings and hearings.
Maintain documentation and case records.
Help with compliance, due diligence, and preparation of reports.
Required Skills
Strong legal knowledge and research ability.
Excellent drafting skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF-related work.
Eligibility
Female candidates only.
Law students (LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB – 3rd year onward preferred).
Freshers with strong legal interest may also apply.
