The role requires you act as a senior legal advisor for the Combined Authority in relation to the in-house Legal Projects function and provide legal support in the implementation and delivery of major infrastructure, construction, regeneration and energy projects. You will be required to draft commercial contracts and funding documentation for these high-profile projects and provide associated advice and assistance. You will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister entitled to hold a current practising certificate or full CILEX (Fellowship) with post-qualification experience, ideally in a similar role either in the private or public sector or in an in-house capacity.
