About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key advisor on the real estate legal requirements for Australia's and Asia-Pacific's largest property portfolios and infrastructure projects.

Working closely with multiple Partners, you will support with the provision of front-end legal services to our Real Estate & Projects clients and will have the opportunity to manage matters relating to acquisitions and disposals, leasing, development, and environment and planning.

Responsibilities

End to end file management of real estate and project matters including leasing and non-complex contracts of sale
Draft, review, negotiate and advise on relevant documents
Due diligence on large acquisitions or real estate merger and acquisition transactions
Research and draft advices
Coach and mentor seasonal clerks and graduates
About You

Suitable applicants will be 2-5 years PAE
Training and experience gained in a mid/top-tier law firm or in-house is preferred
A current practising certificate for NSW
Front end experience principally in real estate and projects
Proven decision making and problem-solving ability
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
An ability to influence and manage conflict with a diplomatic and consultative approach
Demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships
Strong team collaboration skills with an ability to lead by example
A passion for providing a high level of customer service
Strong attention to detail
A desire to learn and develop new skills
