Green Digital Kranti Team is seeking a skilled female lawyer with expertise in intellectual property law, including copyright, patent, trademark laws, and experience in consumer forums. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing start-up in the AI and advertising sector.
• Key Responsibilities:
Managing and advising on copyright, patent, and trademark matters.
Representing the company in legal proceedings, particularly in consumer forums.
Drafting and reviewing legal contracts and agreements related to intellectual property.
Ensuring compliance with intellectual property laws and consumer protection regulations.
Providing legal guidance to mitigate risks and resolve disputes.
Qualifications :
LLB degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum (5-10) years of experience in intellectual property law and consumer forums.
Strong knowledge of intellectual property laws and consumer protection.
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to handle complex legal matters and provide proactive legal solutions.
Salary:49,999 to 9,99,999 per month depending on experience
