Position Summary:

We are seeking exceptional candidates to join our team as judges clerks. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior judges and contribute to the delivery of justice in New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake research and analysis on legal matters

Support judges in preparing judgments and opinions

Collaborate with court staff to manage workflows and prioritise tasks

Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive documents

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the law and its application

Requirements:

Highly motivated and academically talented individual

Familiarity with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and tikanga
