POSITION SUMMARY – LCSW Social Worker
POSITION DUTIES – Provide psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and discharge planning. Coordinate with medical teams, families, and community resources.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – GA LCSW; AHA BLS; 2 years of experience within specialty; Hospital-based experience
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 8 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-430p M-F
START DATE – 5/18/2026
