Plan, manage and co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders to cater administrative services to Business and Units within budgeted cost, time and statutes ensuring effective Admin Management.

Administration : Plan, manage and control the entire administration functions to ensure best and timely services to internal and external stake holders within budgeted cost.
Ensure maintenance of all office equipment, assets and
properties of company in Kolkata.
Anchor projects on various construction and renovation
work. Ensure organisation of various conferences including Board Meeting through VC. Ensure operation of Library, Archives, dispensary and medical services.
Travel management - Ensure accommodation, transport and travel for internal and external stake holders.
Facility Management - Monitor and control facility management services through service provider for office and transit houses. Ensure upkeep of office premises and safety & security of Kolkata Office
Mail room management – Managing movements of despatches with various offices and maintaining MIS reports
To ensure seamless services in line with other regional offices & Head office along with managing activities related to events.
Planning & Budgeting : Plan, budget and control the expenses to ensure services in competitive cost without compromising quality.
Plan for recurring and non-recurring expenses and
ensure budget as per corporate guidelines. Ensure
capturing and monitoring cost under various heads.
Ensure cost effective services in the areas of telecommunication, stationery, annual maintenance, travel tickets, surface transport for local and outstation managers, transit houses.
Company Long Service Award:
Plan, manage and control Company
Long Service Award to ensure timely
presentation of the awards to the
recipients at their respective
units/locations.
Ensure Company long service awards for all categories of eligible employees for Kolkata office.
Plan, manage and control admin activities to ensure quality services to employees of Jeevan Deep and other Units through transit house management.
Ensure employee engagement through welfare activities for the employees of Kolkata Office and regular health awareness programme for employees. Monitor and Control management of leave and attendance system of offices and reconciliation of leave and attendance to payroll every month. Ensure Company ID Cards for all employees. Ensure management of facility and service provider & necessary payments to the contract employees every month as per contract agreement.
Ensure procurement of new Company Car for entitled employees as per Company Policy.
Co-ordinate with ABG Administration and Corporate HR on implementation of policies and guidelines adopted from time to time.
Statutory Compliance : Plan, manage and control Statutory Compliance to ensure all statutes in all concerned areas are abided by.
Ensure statutory compliance under Shops & Establishments, Contract Labour, Minimum Wages for Contract Labour, Maternity Benefits, ESI, Govt. Licences for Business and other Govt. regulations.
Implement statutory changes as and when occur. Review and Report on compliance management
