Responsibilities
Software Development using skills described in Technical Skills section
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers
Facilitate planning, tracking and scheduling software deliverables
Collaborate with other software developers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications built using the latest technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines
Ensure high quality and maintainability of code through code reviews and best practices
Assessing software, finding issues and finding solutions to them as per requirements
Providing technical leadership to teammates through coaching, mentorship as well as establishing good habits and practices
Software problem-solving and troubleshooting
Technical Skills
Full stack JavaScript with good understanding of functional programming, JSON, Ajax, and jQuery
Angular 14+ and/or React
Node.js / JavaScript
AWS/GCP experience
Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing desired
Other Skills
Team player
Positive attitude
Qualifications
Prior experience in a technical leadership position
6 years experience in relevant skills and technologies is desirable
Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
References from previous employers and/or colleagues are desired
