Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) Hoisting, part of the Global Technology & Operations organization, consists of more than 6,600 employees worldwide. With a presence in more than 35 countries, TI designs, builds and operates end-to-end technology infrastructure solutions and manages critical systems and platforms across the bank. TI delivers industry-leading infrastructure products and services to the company’s employees, customers and clients around the world.
Job Description
The individual will be responsible for event, incident, request, change, Problem, Vulnerability and System currency maintaining stability and security of the Global Cloud service.
Responsibilities
• Provide a single point of contact for proactive support of the underlying virtual infrastructure
• Utilize correlated data sources with predictive analytics to ensure maximum operational uptime and adherence to SLOs and SLAs
• Provide seamless integration and collaboration with enterprise service providers, with specialist knowledge in operating within virtualized infrastructure
• Focus on service stability, securing and event automation for operational efficiencies
Requirements
Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certifications, If Any: VMWare Certifications like VCP, VSAN, Cloud Certifications.
Experience Range: 8 to 12 years
Foundational skills:
• Experience & Strong knowledge in VMWare & OpenStack technologies (VMWare Vsphere, vCentre, ESXi, vSAN, NSX-T vRealize LogInsigt, VRealize Network Insight, vROPS, vRA, vRO , OCI, SANScreen, CloudForms)
• Knowledge of performance management and thin provisioning management
• Storage experience of enterprise storage solutions: vSAN, vVOLs, EMC xtremeIO VMAX, VNX, HP 3Par, NetApp Filer, OnTap Edge
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows or Linux)
• Inter-personal skills
• Communication skills
Desired skills:
• Good knowledge on VMware stack ( ESXi, vSAN, vROPS )
• Software Defined Network technologies (NSX-T), Firewalls, LoadBalancing
• Knowledge with Automation Scripting- Atrium Orchestrator, Python, PowerCLI
• Knowledge of x86 server hardware platforms
• Operational Process & Routines: Strong adherence to operating controls, risk management, process review and creation, documentation and collaborative knowledge sharing
Work Timings: Rotational Shift (06:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.)
