In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.
Process Overview.
Global Information Security (GIS) - Cyber Security Technology, IAM Infrastructure Engineering team is responsible for defining, documenting, and publicizing strategic roadmap for various Identity and Access Management technology stacks for Bank of America. The team looks into the industry best practices in IAM area and works to align them to enterprise needs.
Job Description.
This role involves specialization in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies with deeper understanding of SSO and authentication, directory services, . The individual must be able to meet demands of working across multiple work streams, communicate effectively with senior technology leaders and business partners. Organized evidence of compliance and producing documentation will also be key to this role. Tight coordination with the infrastructure technology organization will also be required.
Responsibilities.
Define, document, and publicize IAM initiatives and projects
Influence stakeholders to ensure alignment & effective prioritization of product roadmaps in relation to IAM strategy
Continuously follow and evaluate IAM technology landscape (market/best practice) for gap/opportunity development
Install, configure, and maintain Directory server and third party software utilities for hardware systems within company operational guidelines
Responsible to do a deep dive research, analysis, and resolution of issues
Support Directory Services infrastructure releases
Develops, documents, and enforces the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Active Directory, Ping Directory and related systems
Package and certify new vendor products for deployment to LLE environments and coordinate with Production support team for Production
Responsible for supporting Directory Services product roadmap aliging to GIS poilcies
Analysis, design, capacity planning and implementation of Directory Services infrastructure
Requirements.
Education.
B.E. / B Tech / M.E. / M Tech / M.C.A
Certifications (desired)
CISSP Certification
Experience Range.
5-12 years
Foundational skills.
Experience working with Identity technologies including Active Directory, Ping Directory.
Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory (AD) or Ping Directory
Expert knowledge of AD, ADFS, PKI, LDAP
Expert knowledge of DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS.
Familiarity with IAM vendor landscape and experience with defining stakeholder requirements and performing assessment.
Experience with directory server technology and concepts.
Prior experience doing product evaluations and documenting requirements for emerging technologies
Proficient in both Windows and Midrange platforms
Familiarity with deployments and integrations patterns in regards to IAM solutions within the cloud (Azure or AWS)
Experience deploying large-scale, global projects and programs
Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices
Analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent oral/written communication skills

8+ years working in Information Technology
5+ years working in Identity & Access Management
