Job Description
Responsible for leading a team of analyst working on designing, compiling, and populating the data based reports of the portfolio and products assigned . The lead would be also required to share insights with peers, relevant stakeholders and management to ensure continual improvement and alignment to objectives being met.
Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 – 8 Areas
Actionable (4-6)
Data Aggregation
• Lead the team on Working with the analytics team on accessing relevant data sources
• Evaluate the structure suggested by the team and ensure continual improvement , effectiveness and Structure of the data being aggregated
Data Modelling
• Evaluate and fine tune models being created by the team to ensure alignment to the objectives set by the management / organization .
• Conduct data sanctity checks to ensure health of models created
• Introduce market intelligence and techniques into the models being maintained
• Ensure continual improvement of the models created and maintained
Data Visualization
• Evaluate & Present to senior management on visualization specific to risk parameters being Created and maintained .
• Work with peers and stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of bespoke objective related visualizations
• Lead the team on standardization of relevant visualizations on overarching objectives that are being monitored for the assigned portfolio / product
Collaboration
• Work closely with peers and stakeholders involved in risk evaluation / mitigation / monitoring and governance and ensure effectiveness of action generated by team
• Work closely with peer teams to improve on existing data models / visualization to increase efficiency and relevance of the data visualization stack
People / Team Management
• To lead the team on all actionable and guide the team on a strong career path .
• Work closely with all team members of solving hurdles and providing guidance to the team to ensure objectives set by the management are met .
