Intelizign is currently looking for a Digital Applications Lead - Mobile App & Web App - Automotive Domain to join our team.
Location : Bengaluru, KA
Experience : 6+ year
Seeking a talented and innovative Digital Applications lead to join our dynamic team developing the battery swapping business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for electric vehicles, and a deep understanding of the battery swapping industry. As a key member of our digital mobility technology team, he/she will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle for all Digital Applications, from ideation to launch and will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, gather user feedback, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Experience (Must Have)
• 6 to 8 years of experience in developing Digital Applications (Web / Mobile Apps) with at least 2 years of related experience in Automotive Domain
• Proficiency in Business process blueprinting for Digital Applications development
• Proficiency in API / Data Queue / Kafka Management
Experience(Desired)
• Knowledge of battery technology and electric vehicle swapping infrastructure
• Experience in UI/UX Modelling framework’s & creating user stories with sample flows
Functional / Behavioral competencies required to execute the role
• Define clear customer experience metrics, collaborate on critical to business KPIs and deliver quantitate assessment frameworks for all digital applications
• Define screen level UI/UX flows for different application
• Derive UI / UX metrics through extensive customer research and user ethnography
• Oversee the design and development of user-friendly interfaces and intuitive user flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, design, engineering) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development of web/mobile based applications (for both Android & iOS)
• Develop and implement innovative AI driven features and enhancements to our web and mobile platforms.
• Own the UAT level - user testing of all applications for feature clarity, user experience and ensure feature rich delivery of the final production application
• Monitor Digital Application's performance, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate on product features to improve customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with 3rd Party Systems.
• Knowledge of popular frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js for web development and React Native or Flutter for mobile development.
• Familiarity with web development frameworks like Django and React.
• Experience working with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
