Description
The associate will play a lead role in managing day-to-day technical support for ASP. NET, MVC. NET, and SQL Server-based applications hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud. The application has HTML, JS, JQuery, and LINQ among others.
Responsibilities:
• Pulling out specific reports from the DB.
• Modify DB for bulk updates.
• Reconciliation of records based on logs.
• Modification of client configuration.
• Monitoring of various scheduled jobs.
• Interact with client users understand their issues and find technical solutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the Lead Product Developer.
• Work closely with the product implementation team and support them.
• Communicate well on calls/emails.
• Understand client issues.
• Work collaboratively with product implementation team members and product development team members.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for resolving client issues.
• Work well with online meeting platforms such as Zoom, TeamViewer, and any desk.
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of SQL Db and ability to write SQL queries, Stored Procedures etc
• Work well with Java Script and Jquery.
• Understanding of Browsers and application compatibility on various browsers.
