Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Architect & Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of upcoming luxury hotel projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 4-star and 5-star international hotel projects, preferably with premium global hospitality brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor, IHCL, ITC Hotels, etc.). Responsibilities
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of architecture and interiors for hotel projects.
• Develop innovative, functional, and brand-aligned designs that meet the standards of international hotel chains.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, hotel representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare detailed design presentations, 3D renderings, technical drawings, and material specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee implementation and ensure adherence to design standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in luxury hospitality design.
Requirements
• Experience:
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in architecture and interior design.
• Proven track record of working on luxury hospitality projects, particularly international 4-star or 5-star hotels.
• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, space planning, and brand aesthetics.
• Skills:
• Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Preferred Background:
• Experience with top hospitality design firms.
• Familiarity with the standards and requirements of premium hotel chains like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.
