Write test standards and procedures and maintain documentation of test results and recommend corrective actions to provide quality guidance methods.- As a member of the technical team, develop quality standards and control methods to be utilized during testing and inspection to access product quality.- Work closely with developer / test engineers.- Responsible for assessing, proposing, and implementing changes that improve our testing strategy, automation framework, and team efficiency.- Participate in the risk analysis process and propose mitigation plans that will involve automation, performance/load testing to ensure that high-quality product is delivered to our customers. About the requirementRequired Skills:- Experience using Google cloud platform for automation and related functions - Strong programming skills in REST APIs- Experience in BDD, TDD & related test-driven methodologies- Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins- Well versed with DevOps concepts and setting up build & release pipeline- Automation Framework Design, Dev and Enhancement skills, Rest API Automation Testing- Expertise in Virtualization and Containerization - Docker- Currently playing role of automation SME- Worked across multiple tools, technologies and frameworks- Worked in different types of Automation Testing- Web, API and even Performance Testing- Hands-on experience in Cloud, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, etc.- Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration and continuous delivery.- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, GIT is a huge plus.- Able to self-learn new tools and technologies- Possess a Solution mindset- Strong technical, problem solving and analytical skills- Strong communication and presentation skills Experience8 - 12 Years of ExperienceEducationBachelor degree or equivalent experienceMaster degree or equivalent experiencePreferred Certifications
